The professional supply of various range of services by a management company separate from the vessel’s ownership where: “professional supply” means that the supplier (ship manager) provides services to the Shipowner according to contracted terms and conditions. In doing so, the ship manager is required to ensure that the vessel always complies with the Ship owners policies.
